The case for change
Credit funds have scaled. Their infrastructure has not.
In 2010, global private credit AUM was around US$300 billion. By June 2025 that had grown sixfold to US$1.8 trillion, with US$2.6 trillion forecast by 2029.
The systems beneath that growth have not kept pace. Information remains spread across agreements, reporting, software and people's heads, and important workflows still begin with someone rebuilding context by hand.

We started Levercon to build that from the inside, embedding ourselves within funds to understand the problems in depth. Credit is where we've begun. Private equity, family offices and the institutional funds come next, because the operating layer works anywhere complex capital is deployed.
